River Landing Introduces First Model Home Program in Development’s History
10.05.2010Wallace, NC – For the first time in the development’s history, River Landing has launched a model home program that will help those eager to live in this premier golf community find the homesite, floorplan and price point of their dreams. These four unique model homes will be located in River Landing’s newest neighborhood, The Vineyards, and will start at just over $330,000 for home and homesite.
River Landing is hosting a Grand Opening Celebration this weekend to kick-off this exciting new program and will offer tours of two of the onsite model homes that are already complete.
“We’re excited to offer homebuyers the flexibility to select the homesite and model that works best for them in our gorgeous new neighborhood, The Vineyards,” said Rich Phaneuf, General Manager at River Landing. “Another great advantage is that these buyers will have access to all of the wonderful amenities that River Landing has to offer from day one.”
The models – The Verona, The Siena, The Bianco and The Rosa– all have beautiful views of River Landing’s sprawling vineyards and were designed specifically to meet what buyers are looking for in today’s market. The homes range in size from 1,800 to 2,700 square feet and include many outstanding features, such as:

The Siena
Architect John Croon and Cornerstone Builders were selected to execute the model home project. Pricing was established to meet the need of many homebuyers looking for more affordable luxury. Traditional home-lot packages start at $334,900 and luxury finish packages at $357,900.
“We chose both the builder and architect based on their vast experience and success in building mid-size homes with great detailing,” said Phaneuf. “This will be an excellent experience for our homebuyers.”
